Bottleneck makes a splash for SHARK WEEK

To have a little fun with Shark Week, our Chefs came up with a creative shark dish to delight your taste buds. We can bet you won't find another dish like this in the city! We even created a shark-themed cocktail, complete with souvenir shark garnish (yep, just like your favorite childhood toy).

Jerk Spiced Shark: turban squash puree, sweet & sour mango nectarines, mint chimichurri (shark is Black Fin, but will ultimately be based on availability)  19.00
