We host regular beer dinners in Chicago, featuring the best craft beer breweries, and a professionally paired food menu specifically catered to each beer of the night.

Six-course menu (including dessert), each paired with some rare and potent brews from the Boulevard, Ommegang and Duvel group of breweries. Jim DeBolt, the Duvel area representative for the Midwest, helped host the dinner and shared his knowledge with our guests.
Six food courses and six beers from the wonderfully unusual Solemn Oath Brewery. Head brewer Tim was a fun and informative host, alongside Chef Brett and his custom elevated food pairings.
Seven grilled German-themed dishes from Executive Chef Brett Neubauer, four Oktoberfest beers from Surly, Avery, Urban Chestnut, and Metropolitan breweries, plus a special traditional digestif.
The Lagunitas CCBW BBQ Dinner took place on the outdoor patio during Chicago Craft Beer Week. The seven food courses included Truffled Potato Salad, Herb-marinated Chicken Thighs, Cheddar Brats, Bacon Dogs, High-West Burgers, Pasta Salad, and Grilled Peaches, served alongside seven different craft beers from Lagunitas Brewing. We were also lucky enough to have 2 members from the Chicago band Big Paraid, Evan and Joe, singing and playing guitar throughout the dinner as well.
Five concurrent years of Sierra Nevada Bigfoot Barleywines (2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015), plus a bonus welcome beer of their newly launched pilsner, Nooner. Food menu included Wild Boar with black mole, Lamb with Juniper Demi, Aranchini, Truffle & Sweet Potato Gallette, Turban Squash, and Butterscotch & Dark Chocolate Bread Pudding.
Oktoberfest Beer Dinner 2014
Featuring limited edition seasonal beers from craft breweries of the Midwest (Two Brothers Atom Smasher, Metropolitan After-Burner, Left Hand Oktoberfest Märzen Lager, Avery The Kaiser). Food menu included Zwiebelkuchen (onion pie with bacon and caraway), Schweinshaxe (grilled pork knuckle served with potato dumpling), Bratwurst und Kartoffelsalat (sausage and warm potato salad), Paprika Hendl (grilled Amish chicken), and Spanferkel (Whole roasted suckling pig!) all served on our outdoor patio space!
Featuring five rare ciders (Original Sin Hard Cider, Wyder's Hard Cider Reposado Pear, Wandering Aengus Ciderworks Anthem Cherry, J.K.'s Scrumpy Farmhouse Organic Hard Cider, Woodchuck Hard Cider Barrel Select) PLUS a special firkin tapping of Vandermill Michigan Wit. Food menu included Veal Bratwurst, Grilled Lobster Roll, Achiote Quail Taco, Slagel Farms Porchetta, 60 Day Dry-Aged Ribeye, and Grilled Peach Melba.
Featuring five beers from Lagunitas Brewery (Pils, IPA, Censored, Waldo's Special, and Undercover Shutdown), to celebrate the opening of their new Chicago location. Food menu included Chicken Liver Mouse, Grilled Octopus, Porchetta, 40 Day Dry-Aged Ribeye, and Apple Brown Butter Tart.
