Solemn Oath Beer Dinner
Join us on Saturday, February 20th 2016, as we showcase local brewery Solemn Oath alongside elevated food from Chef Brett Neubauer.This special dining event features six American-inspired dishes, each expertly paired with a selection from Solemn Oath.
The beer dinner includes a welcome beer and time to get to know your fellow beer-lovers. We then move into the six-course menu (including dessert), each paired with some rare and potent brews from the Naperville brewery. Head Brewer Tim Marshall will be with us to share first-hand knowledge about each beer, and chat about the story of Solemn Oath and his 15 years of beer brewing experience.
The event is priced at $60 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity. Make a phone reservation at 312-262-5310. We have a 48-hour cancellation policy, and cancellations made after this timeframe will incurr 50% cost.
